You should consult your doctor before practicing classes from Sunday Pilates should you be, or may be, pregnant or have any injuries or concerns. You should avoid an exercise should it cause pain or discomfort. You do so at your own risk if you choose not to consult your doctor/GP before exercising.

There is an inherent risk of injury by participating in any exercise or sport. You accept that you do so at your own risk if you participate in any of the exercises on this website. Sunday Pilates is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur as a result of using the workouts or workout programmes on our website.

If you participate in the online classes, you accept that you are doing so knowingly, that you assume all risk of injury, and that you will release and discharge Sunday Pilates from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising from any and all claims.
